Le-Vel is a MLM company (network marketing business) which sells dozens of varieties of nutritional supplements, multivitamins and protein shakes under the brand name “Thrive”.

Thrive promises to support health and fitness goals for both men and women all over the world… but is there a cause for concern that Le-Vel Thrive is a scam? Find out in our expert review below.

How Does Le-Vel Thrive Work?

Thrive Experience is Le-Vel’s coined flagship products that are creating all the buzz.

As of writing, there are five different products in the Le-Vel family, including:

– Thrive For Men: Men's specific multivitamin supplement formula

– Thrive For Women: Women's specific multivitamin supplement formula

– The Lifestyle Mix: A protein powder for men and women

– The Lifestyle DFT: An adhesive skin patch which uses “Derma Fusion Technology” (DFT) to push vitamins and nutrients into your bloodstream through the skin.

– Black Label DFT: the newest, most enhanced product in the Thrive lineup that offers a different formula and standard than the DFT and DFT Ultra.

The first three products on that list are typical of most health supplement companies. Multivitamins and protein powders are to be expected. But the last product is more unique. Le-Vel patented its Dermal Fusion Technology and sells a skin patch that promises to work as a multivitamin: just stick it onto your skin and the patch will send nutrients and vitamins through the skin into your bloodstream.

Le-Vel has branded itself as a premium “lifestyle” company. Its Thrive lineup is a little more expensive than you would typically pay for a nutritional supplements. They’re catered to people who are willing to pay a little extra money for unique nutritional technologies like DFT.

The company is also relatively new to the network marketing world: it was founded in 2013 by three veterans of the network marketing industry – Paul Gravette, Justin Rouleau, and Jason Camper.

Le-Vel heavily advertises something called the 8 Week Experience, where you take Thrive products for a total of 8 weeks in order to make a lifestyle change. You’re expected to take the multivitamin supplement, protein powder, and DFT skin patches at the same time.

Yes, Thrive W is for women and Thrive M is for men. Sounds simple enough right?

Other than the letters “W” and “M”, the two Thrive multivitamin supplements contain virtually identical formulas. Here’s how the ingredients look for both Le-Vel Thrive supplements:

Can you spot the differences? The two gender-specific supplements contain virtually identical amounts of most essential vitamins and nutrients – including everything from Vitamin A to Vanadium. The proprietary formula is only slightly different: 526mg for men and 527mg for women.

The specific ingredients in that formula are also identical – with the only difference being the order of ingredients. The female blend has more kelp, for example, while the male blend has more theobromine.

Ultimately, the difference boils down to marketing. One supplement has an M and the other has a W. The two supplements also promise identical health benefits, including:

Thrive Lifestyle Mix

Thrive Lifestyle Mix is Le-Vel’s proprietary protein powder supplement. Le-Vel doesn’t specifically refer to its supplement as a protein powder (choosing the term “Lifestyle Mix” instead), but that’s exactly what can be found on the supplement facts / ingredients list.

A container of Lifestyle Mix includes 14 servings. You add a serving to your smoothie to enjoy the following benefits:

– Lean muscle support

– Antioxidants

– Probiotics and enzymes

– Trace Minerals and Nutrient Dense formula

– Fitness and Lean Body Weight Management

The powder is designed for both men and women. There are 15 grams of protein in a 35 gram serving. The protein is made from whey concentrate.

Along with the protein, the Lifestyle Mix includes a proprietary weight loss blend. That weight loss blend includes high levels of caffeine and natural weight loss compounds like Garcinia cambogia. The effectiveness of this formula is debatable – especially since many of the ingredients in the proprietary blend are just additional proprietary formulas like Papain 6000, Protease 1000, and Protease 5000. As a result, we don’t know exactly what’s in each scoop of Lifestyle Mix.

Thrive Premium Lifestyle DFT

Thrive Premium Lifestyle Derma Fusion Technology (DFT) is one of the most unique products offered by Le-Vel. It’s an adhesive skin patch that you stick on your arm every day.

The patch claims to provide all of the following benefits:

– Body Fat management

– Mental alertness, concentration and clarity

– Supports suppressing eating habits and appetite control

– Overall Metabolic enhancement/support

Le-Vel doesn’t elaborate clearly which supplemental ingredients are included in the DFT patches. It also doesn’t explain exactly how the Derma Fusion Technology actually works. It does, however, list the following ingredients: green coffee bean extract, ForsLean, Garcinia cambogia extract, CoQ10, white willow bark extract, and Cosmoperine.

Sabinsa Corporation has registered both trademark formulas of Cosmoperine and ForsLean. Le-Vel doesn’t explain what’s in either formula. The other ingredients – like Garcinia cambogia and green coffee extract – have been linked to natural weight loss benefits.
